About me

My counseling practice aims to support clients in developing healthy behaviors, coping with anxiety, and preventing burnout. Additionally, it helps improve self-esteem and resolve relationship issues. I integrate techniques from yoga and Ayurveda, which have scientifically proven benefits for mental health.

My therapeutic practice promotes self-regulation, social adjustment, and the creative resolution of past challenges affecting the client's present life. It supports integration of body, mind, emotions, and spiritual experiences.

I also use therapy techniques from psychodrama, narrative therapy, expressive and creative writing. My consultations are optimized for online environments for flexibility but also offer in-person sessions upon client request.

My counseling practice is adapted to an online format, offering flexibility in terms of time and location. An additional advantage of online therapy is the opportunity to immediately apply the insights gained during sessions in the comfort of your own space. If necessary, and if the client prefers, sessions can also be scheduled in person.
